Who we are

What is Romford Holidays?

An India-based travel company headquartered in Kerala, with a UK office supporting European operations. We specialize in hand-crafted European travel for Indian families.

Who founded Romford Holidays?

Romford Holidays was founded by Shahinsha, who lived in the UK for three years and personally travelled across 23 European countries.

Are you an Indian or UK company?

We are India-based, with our headquarters and primary operations in Kerala. Our London office supports European operations on the ground.

Do you offer private and group travel?

Yes. We arrange both shared departures and private journeys with dedicated vehicles and guides.

Can I customize my trip?

Yes. Duration, destinations, dates, hotels and experiences can be adjusted, or we can design a fully bespoke itinerary.

Where can my journey begin?

We can arrange departures from major Indian cities and also support clients based in the UK and Gulf countries.

Do you accommodate dietary needs?

Vegetarian, Jain, halal and Indian meal preferences can be planned at most destinations, subject to local availability.

How do I book?

Enquire, review the proposed itinerary and quotation, confirm with an advance, complete visa formalities, pay the balance and travel.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on dates, duration, destinations, hotel level, transport and group size. We provide a personalized quotation rather than a misleading headline price.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI, major cards, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer and international payments are accepted.

Are EMI options available?

No-cost EMI may be available depending on the booking and your bank or payment provider.

What is the cancellation policy?

Terms depend on timing and the policies of airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The applicable terms are shared before booking.

Visa & Support

Before and during travel

Do you handle visas?

Yes. We assist with applications for 30+ countries as a standalone service or alongside travel planning.

What if a visa is refused?

We review the reasons and guide you on reapplication. Consulate and government fees remain non-refundable.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is arranged with applicable travel bookings. Exact cover and exclusions are shared before confirmation.

What happens in an emergency?

Travellers can reach our team on WhatsApp during the trip for urgent assistance and coordination.
